The CFK-250M is a complete, self-contained field feeding system capable of feeding 150-250 troops and operating efficiently in extreme desert conditions
The kitchen is trailer-mounted and capable of being towed by a HMMWV.
The CFK-250M has a convection oven, griddle, and hot food table and is capable of roasting, grilling, boiling, frying and baking operations.
Efficient and convenient liquefied gas provides the energy for all of the cooking and heating equipment. Electrical energy for the system is supplied by an onboard electrical generator.
